Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Welcome
These Terms of Service cover your use of Anthovara, including our OpenAI-compatible APIs, model endpoints, API keys, and related account services.
By creating an account, generating an API key, or using Anthovara, you agree to these Terms.
About the Service
Anthovara provides access to supported AI models through OpenAI-compatible APIs.
AI infrastructure changes over time. Models, pricing, limits, availability, and features may be updated when needed for capacity, security, maintenance, model availability, or service improvements.
Accounts and API Keys
You are responsible for your account and API keys.
Treat API keys like passwords. Do not expose them in public repositories, websites, client-side code, screenshots, logs, or other public places.
If you think an API key has been exposed, rotate or disable it as soon as possible.
Use of Anthovara
Use Anthovara legally and responsibly.
Do not use Anthovara for malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, attacks, abuse, or attempts to bypass limits or security systems.
Do not interfere with the service, overload systems, or negatively affect other users.
Do not use Anthovara to break the law or violate the rights of others.
Content You Send and Receive
You are responsible for the content you send to Anthovara and for how you use the responses.
Only submit content that you have permission to use.
AI responses may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a specific use.
Review responses before using them, especially before using them in production or showing them to other users.
Anthovara does not use your submitted content to train models.
More information about how Anthovara handles submitted content and service data is available in our Privacy Policy.
Usage Data
Anthovara may process basic operational data to run the service.
This may include model ID, token counts, timestamps, request status, latency, endpoint used, billing records, IP address, user agent, and security or abuse signals.
This information is used for billing, usage counting, debugging, reliability checks, abuse prevention, and service protection.
Service Availability
We work to keep Anthovara stable and available.
However, the service may not always be online, fast, secure, or error-free.
There may be downtime, maintenance, latency, temporary limits, model updates, or model removal.
Payment
Some Anthovara services may be free. Other services may require payment.
If your account uses paid services, you are responsible for charges generated through your account or API keys.
If payment fails or usage remains unpaid, access may be limited or paused until the issue is resolved.
Suspension or Limits
We may suspend, limit, or revoke access if there is abuse, security risk, payment issues, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.
We may also limit access when needed to protect Anthovara, users, providers, or infrastructure.
Third-Party Services
Anthovara may use third-party providers for infrastructure, hosting, payments, monitoring, email, and security.
Anthovara may also be accessed through third-party API platforms or routing services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Anthovara is not responsible for services that it does not own or operate.
Ownership
Anthovara owns its software, website, branding, service design, and related technology.
You keep ownership of the content you submit.
These Terms do not give you ownership of Anthovara or its technology.
Responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, Anthovara is not responsible for indirect losses, service interruptions, lost data, lost profits, or decisions made only from AI output.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when needed.
